Every table is led by a trained facilitator and works through a series of values-based lessons drawn from John C. Maxwell’s leadership philosophy. There’s no lecture hall and no hierarchy. Just a roundtable, a shared curriculum, and a group of people committed to becoming who they’re capable of being.
It’s open to anyone, at any level, in any organization. The only requirement is a willingness to grow.
